1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Peoplsoft Technologies services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Services
Peoplsoft Technologies provides custom software development services including web development, mobile app development, ERP systems, and API development. All services are subject to a separate project agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All custom software developed for you becomes your property upon final payment. Our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries remain our property.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and project details as strictly confidential and sign NDAs upon request.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typically, we require a deposit before commencing work.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India.
